Privacy Policy for Next Level Soul Shop

1. Who We Are

Next Level Soul Shop (nextlevelsoul.shop) is the official online shop of Next Level Soul, referred to here as "we," "us," and "our." This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from our shop, how we use it, and the choices you have. Next Level Soul TV memberships and NLS Mastery are handled on nextlevelsoul.tv, which has its own terms and privacy policy.

2. Information We Collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and billing address when you place an order, create an account, or contact us.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
• Order information: what you bought, when, and where it was sent.
• Email sign-ups: your name and email if you join our list or request a free gift such as the Sacred Awakening Toolkit.
• Technical information: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our shop, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and deliver your order, including sending it to our print partner for production and shipping.
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and replies to your questions.
• To send you news, offers, and free resources if you chose to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To understand how the shop is used and improve it.
• To prevent fraud and keep the shop secure.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

4. Who We Share It With

We share information only with companies that help us run the shop, and only as needed for their service:

• Shopify: hosts our shop, checkout, and payments.
• Our print and fulfillment partner (Printify and the print providers it works with): receives your name, shipping address, and order details so your made to order item can be produced and delivered.
• Shipping carriers: receive delivery details so your package arrives.
• Brevo: our email service, which receives your name and email if you subscribe to our emails.
• Analytics and advertising tools: which use cookies to measure traffic and show relevant offers.
• Authorities: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and show relevant offers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the shop may not work without them. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies, and we respect Global Privacy Control signals from your browser.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep order records as long as needed to provide support and meet tax and legal requirements. Email subscriber information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
• correct information that is wrong;
• ask us to delete your information;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, and of targeted advertising;
• withdraw consent you gave earlier;
• not be treated unfairly for using these rights.

California residents: these rights come from the California Consumer Privacy Act. People in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and similar regions: you also have the right to object to or limit certain processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. Our legal bases for using your information are fulfilling your order, our legitimate interest in running and improving the shop, your consent where you gave it, and legal obligations.

To use any of these rights, email gifts@nextlevelsoul.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will reply within 45 days.

8. International Transfers

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. When we transfer information from your region, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses where they apply.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No internet or email transmission is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Our shop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we make a significant change, we will update the effective date above and, where required, tell you by email or a notice on the shop.
