Every item in the Next Level Soul Shop is made to order. After you place your order, our print partner makes your item and ships it directly to you.

How Long It Takes

• Production: usually 2 to 7 business days.
• Delivery after production: United States, about 3 to 8 business days. Canada, about 5 to 12 business days. Rest of world, about 7 to 20 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, busy seasons, and customs can add time. Orders with more than one item may ship separately.

Where We Ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and much of the rest of the world. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and what is in your cart.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking email once your order ships. Tracking can take a day or two to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your local carrier may collect customs duties or taxes when your package arrives. These are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Check Your Address

Please double check your shipping address before you place your order. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
